Title: Bread Bakers Team Lead
Purpose: To provide a fresh loaf of bread for every guest to St. Luke’s for Sunday worship.
Responsible to: Director of Servant Ministry
Description of Duties: As a team, we provide 9 mini loaves each week. Each baker provides 3 mini loaves, once a month. Maintain the roster, welcome and encourage new members to the team. Attend and encourage your team to the Leadership Kick-off in January. Attend quarterly Common Table gatherings.
Time Requirements: 2 hours or so, making schedule for the year. Additional time needed when new members join. We might be asked to have additional loaves of bread for Easter Holiday – which would be a few hours of organizing.
Term: 2 years or longer if you are enjoying the team.
Training and Resources: Have enjoyed hosting a once a year “Bread Bakers Tea” so that we meet as a team and share recipes and fellowship.
Skills and gifts: Hospitality Helps *& enjoys baking!
